Financed Training Plans: Business, thematic, sectoral, territorial plans
The Funds provide resources that are awarded through evaluation procedures of the projects that reward the innovation, the design capacity and the cost effectiveness of the intervention.
Through the Training Account it is possible to finance Corporate or Individual Plans for employees or managers with simplified procedures and rapid approval times.
Management of Educational Accounts
Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, Fon.Coop, ForTe, FonArCom, FonTer, etc.
We support companies in the definition and implementation of training paths to be financed through the Training Account tool, in which resources are set aside through the payment of a part of 0.30% of workers’ remuneration to the Interprofessional fund.
Direct and Indirect European Funds
DIRECT FUNDS: resources made available by the European Union through specific programs, aimed at financing development projects in the fields of innovation, research, culture and work.
INDIRECT FUNDS: funds managed directly by the State (PON) and by the Regions (POR). In the context of specific periodic notices, consistent with the priorities defined by the competent Public Administration, it is possible to present support projects in the areas of innovation, research and development, training and qualification of human resources.
